Sovereign Sisters Podcast | Episode 32 | EMF Toxicity Awareness

This week’s episode of the Sovereign Sisters Podcast was a little different since I am currently battling severe laryngitis. I presented a collection of content related to what I think is going on with me, which  I attribute to toxic EMF (Electromagnetic Field) exposure. I recently attended a controversial event and subsequently developed flu-like symptoms, which I suspect were triggered by high levels of EMF exposure. With my own experience in healthcare, I share my belief that EMFs, particularly from modern technology like 5G, are responsible for various health issues. To shed light on this concern, I presented two powerful video interviews, each delving into the hidden dangers of EMF exposure and 5G technology.

Barrie Trower’s Expertise on Microwaves and 5G

Barrie Trower, a former Royal Navy radar specialist, offers a compelling analysis of the hazardous effects of microwaves and 5G technology. He explains that microwaves, including 5G frequencies, can cause serious health problems such as brain tumors, birth defects, and neurological damage. Trower describes how these frequencies have been weaponized in warfare and civilian surveillance, posing significant threats to public health and privacy. He stresses the urgency of public awareness and legal action, stating that the deployment of 5G is tantamount to “industrial genocide” due to its devastating impacts on human health and ecosystems.

Key points from Barrie’s video include:

  • 5G as a weapon: High-frequency microwaves have been developed for military purposes but are now being used in civilian contexts.
  • Health risks: The introduction of 5G has been linked to cancer, neurological damage, and long-term generational health effects.
  • Smart technology concerns: Trower warns that smart meters and smart devices form a mesh network, enabling widespread surveillance and increasing the risk of hacking by criminals and foreign entities.
  • Ecological impact: He discusses how EMFs harm not only humans but also wildlife, insects, and even the soil, leading to a widespread ecological crisis.

Mike Adams and Josh Del Sol on 5G’s Biological Effects

In this collection of video snippets, Mike Adams from Natural News interviews Josh Del Sol, the creator of the 5G Summit, and Cal Washington of the InPower Movement. This discussion dives into the widespread biological effects of 5G radiation. With over 20,000 studies linking 5G to health issues, the trio outlines how 5G technology emits different frequencies that can cause harm at various levels. They also discuss how 5G’s directional signals can track individuals, raising significant concerns about privacy.

Key points from this video include:

  • 5G frequency dangers: The millimeter waves used in 5G are shown to have intense biological effects, including increased radiation exposure and potential neurological damage.
  • Increased sensitivity: Many people are becoming more electro-sensitive, experiencing negative health symptoms from constant exposure to wireless technology.
  • Privacy and surveillance: 5G’s tracking capabilities and the constant transmission of personal data by phones make it difficult to escape digital surveillance.
  • Practical advice: The video highlights the benefits of using a “de-Googled” phone to minimize EMF exposure and personal data tracking.

Call to Action

I encourage everyone to reduce their EMF exposure and to be aware of the dangers of modern wireless technologies. There’s a need for vigilance and awareness of how EMFs can impact both personal health and the environment.

I hope to return to the regular podcast format soon, but in the meantime, I encourage everyone to stay safe, seek alternative tech options, and protect their health.

Sovereign Sisters Podcast | Episode 31 | Decoding Food Labels

In this week’s episode of the Sovereign Sisters Podcast, I explore the complexities of food certifications, particularly focusing on organic certification and the Non-GMO Project. As consumers become more aware of what they eat, understanding these certifications helps ensure better food choices. Here’s a breakdown of what was covered.

Organic Certification: What It Means

Organic certification, primarily governed by bodies like the USDA, ensures that farmers follow strict guidelines to avoid synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs. This certification emphasizes sustainability, soil health, and animal welfare. To become certified, farmers must go through a three-year transition period where their land is free from prohibited substances before any crops can be labeled organic.

The Organic System Plan (OSP)

A key component of the certification process is the Organic System Plan (OSP), a detailed blueprint outlining every aspect of farming operations, including soil management, pest control, and animal care. The OSP also requires farmers to create buffer zones to prevent contamination from neighboring non-organic farms, which adds complexity and cost to maintaining organic standards.

Pesticide Drift and Buffer Zones

One major issue for organic farmers is pesticide drift — when pesticides from nearby conventional farms contaminate organic crops. Farmers must establish buffer zones to protect their crops, yet they bear the responsibility and cost of preventing contamination, even though it’s caused by nearby farms. This can jeopardize their certification if any contamination is detected.

Challenges and Costs of Organic Certification

The process of obtaining and maintaining organic certification is costly and labor-intensive. Farmers face application and inspection fees, annual renewal fees, and increased operational costs due to the need for organic seeds and natural pest control methods. However, financial aid programs, such as the USDA’s Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP), provide some relief by covering up to 75% of certification costs. Listen to the podcast to understand the limitations of this program.

Non-GMO Project Verification

The Non-GMO Project Verified label focuses on ensuring that products are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Unlike organic certification, which covers a broad range of farming practices, non-GMO verification only ensures that the product doesn’t contain GMOs. Consumers should look for both labels if they want to avoid synthetic pesticides in addition to GMOs.

Additional Certifications

There are other food certifications, such as Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance, which focus on environmental sustainability and ethical labor practices. However, these certifications don’t necessarily guarantee that a product is organic or free from synthetic chemicals, so consumers need to examine labels carefully.

Call to Action

In this episode I encourage listeners to actively research food labels and certifications to make informed choices. While navigating the complexity of food labeling can be overwhelming, understanding what these certifications stand for is essential for ensuring the food you consume aligns with your values.

Sovereign Sisters Podcast | Episode 30 | Echoes of History: Eugenics, Abortion, and Feminism

Understanding the History and Impact of the Eugenics Movement

I invite you to engage thoughtfully with this episode’s topic. This is not just a history lesson; it’s an exploration of the past that invites us to reflect on the implications for our present and future. Remember, history as we know it is often written by the victors, so it’s crucial to approach it with a discerning mind.

What is the Eugenics Movement?

The term eugenics refers to the idea of improving human traits through selective breeding, essentially aiming to create a “master race.” This social and scientific campaign, popularized during the Victorian era by Francis Galton, a cousin of Charles Darwin, sought to enhance humanity by encouraging the reproduction of individuals with desirable traits while discouraging or preventing those deemed undesirable from reproducing. Eugenics was not limited to racial considerations; it extended to traits such as intelligence, beauty, and physical strength.

The movement gained significant traction in the United States and Europe, influencing public policies such as forced sterilizations, marriage restrictions, and immigration controls. These policies were often justified by pseudo-scientific arguments rooted in racism and discrimination, targeting individuals with disabilities and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

Echoes of History: Eugenics and Its Origins

The concept of selective breeding can be traced back to ancient civilizations. For instance, the ancient Egyptians bred dogs for specific purposes, and Aristotle advocated for breeding humans for desired traits. However, it was Francis Galton who, inspired by Darwin’s theory of evolution, brought eugenics into the spotlight in Europe and North America. Galton believed that selective breeding could be applied to humans to improve the population’s genetic traits, a belief that eventually led to significant and harmful social policies.

The Dark Consequences of Eugenics Policies

Eugenics led to the forced sterilization of over 60,000 people in the United States alone, targeting those with mental illnesses, intellectual and physical disabilities, and even unmarried mothers and criminals. These policies also influenced marriage restrictions and institutionalization practices that further marginalized already vulnerable populations. Eugenics ideas were not only prevalent in the United States but also played a significant role in the atrocities committed during the Nazi regime, where millions were persecuted and murdered based on racial and other discriminatory ideologies.

The Political Influence of the Eugenics Movement

The eugenics movement’s political implications were vast, most notably influencing Nazi Germany’s racial purity laws, which led to the Holocaust. The Nazis systematically persecuted and exterminated millions based on race, religion, and other characteristics. This movement also influenced immigration policies, particularly in the United States with the Immigration Act of 1924, which sought to maintain the genetic “purity” of the population by restricting immigrants from certain regions. I outline in the podcast many of the lesser known groups targeted by this regime.

Key Figures in the Eugenics Movement

Several prominent figures were instrumental in advancing eugenics ideas:

  • Charles Davenport: An American biologist who founded the Eugenics Record Office, which became the central hub for eugenics research and advocacy in the U.S.
  • Karl Pearson: A British mathematician and student of Galton, who promoted eugenics as a scientific discipline.
  • Madison Grant: His book “The Passing of the Great Race” influenced U.S. immigration policy and was later cited by the Nazis.
  • Harry Laughlin: An American educator and major advocate for eugenic sterilization laws in the U.S.
  • Margaret Sanger: Founder of what we now know as Planned Parenthood, Sanger supported eugenics ideas related to birth control and reproductive rights.

The Intersection of Eugenics, Feminism, and Abortion Rights

Margaret Sanger’s advocacy for birth control played a significant role in shaping the discourse around reproductive rights, influencing the feminist movement and the modern abortion rights movement. The feminist movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries sought to empower women by advocating for property rights, custody rights, and access to birth control. This laid the groundwork for the pro-choice movement, which argues that women should have the right to make decisions about their own bodies, including the right to abortion.

However, this raises important questions: Are these freedoms truly about personal choice, or have they been influenced by underlying eugenics ideas that aim to control reproduction? Moreover, is the pro-choice movement’s emphasis on individual rights neglecting the rights of the unborn child and the father?

Reflecting on the Legacy of Eugenics

As we reflect on the history and impact of the eugenics movement, it’s essential to consider its long-term effects on society. Eugenics has contributed to social inequality, discrimination, and the marginalization of vulnerable populations. The movement’s influence continues to echo in modern debates about reproductive rights, immigration, and social justice.

A Call to Reevaluate and Reflect

I encourage you to reflect on the questions raised in this talk. Are we allowing external forces to influence our decisions and values, or are we critically evaluating the information presented to us? As we navigate these complex issues, let’s strive to lead with discernment, compassion, and a commitment to the what we know is intrinsically the right path to follow.

Listen in on this journey through history and its echoes in our present day. I hope this discussion has sparked thoughtful reflection and prayer. Until next time, God bless.
