Creating a Voluntary World: A Conversation with Cory Edmund Endrulat

At Sovereign Sisters Podcast, we explore ideas that inspire and empower. I had the honor of speaking with Cory Edmund Endrulat, an abolitionist, author, and researcher dedicated to the vision of a voluntary, free world. Through his work as editor of The Liberator 2 and author of books like Slavery Gone for Good, Cory builds on the abolitionist legacy of the 1800s, challenging government systems and advocating for self-ownership and community empowerment.

A Vision for a Voluntary World

Cory’s philosophy centers on the idea that humans thrive best when guided by the principles of nature, consent, and morality rather than coercion. He defines a voluntary world as one where people live peacefully, consensually, and authentically without the imposition of rulers. Drawing inspiration from history, Cory highlights how abolitionists like William Lloyd Garrison worked to dismantle systems of slavery through moral education and grassroots action. Similarly, today’s voluntary movements can create parallel societies by fostering self-reliance, education, and community connection.

Empowering Communities

Cory emphasized the importance of individual and collective action in creating this vision. He draws on his diverse background in health, permaculture, and philosophy to inspire actionable steps for change. Whether it’s growing food, educating oneself on natural laws, or participating in community-building initiatives, Cory believes that empowerment begins with personal responsibility and authentic living.

One of the most striking points Cory made was how much of our modern systems — from government to education — perpetuate a kind of mental slavery. He connected this to historical patterns where control was maintained through fear, coercion, and the manipulation of belief systems. The antidote, he argued, lies in reconnecting with nature, practicing self-governance, and fostering moral character.

Practical Steps to Take

Cory offered a wealth of actionable insights for those looking to embrace a voluntary lifestyle:

  • Grow Your Own Food: Start with one local, perennial plant and engage your neighbors in the process.
  • Engage in Self-Reflection: Journaling, shadow work, or simply questioning the norms can uncover deeper truths about personal and societal beliefs.
  • Educate Yourself and Others: Share resources like Cory’s books and videos on the psychology of statism.
  • Create Parallel Systems: Collaborate on local projects like permaculture gardens, food forests, or community gatherings to model the change you want to see.

A Call to Action

This episode was packed with inspiration, but the real power lies in taking action. Cory’s initiatives, such as The Liberator 2, Health Revealed (in development), and his permaculture work with NITA, are incredible resources for anyone looking to contribute to this movement.

Take the time to watch the full video replay to discover Cory’s ideas and find actionable ways to bring them into your own life. Together, we can create a world that thrives on freedom, connection, and authenticity. I encourage you to stay empowered, stay inspired, and remember — you have the power to shape the world you want to live in.

Sovereign Sisters Podcast | Episode 40 | Vibrational Medicine

Unlocking the Power of Frequency for Healing

Vibrational medicine is a transformative healing modality rooted in the principles of sound, energy, and intention. In the most recent episode of the Sovereign Sisters Podcast, I welcomed Susan Haller, an intuitive healer specializing in sound therapy, energy work, and emotion code therapy. Together, we delved into the science, tools, and philosophy of vibrational healing, offering insights into its profound potential for personal and planetary well-being.

What Is Vibrational Medicine?

At its core, vibrational medicine utilizes sound and energy frequencies to promote balance and healing. Susan explains that “everything is vibration,” from our emotions to the food we eat. By applying targeted frequencies with intention, vibrational medicine helps elevate the body’s energetic state, encouraging self-healing. This approach emphasizes that the practitioner offers the tools and guidance, but true healing comes from within.

The Science of Sound and Energy

Research supports the impact of sound on the nervous system, cells, and overall well-being. Frequencies, such as those from tuning forks or crystal bowls, interact with the body’s energetic field, promoting relaxation and balance. Lower frequencies naturally rise to meet higher ones, aligning with the concept that our bodies resonate with external vibrations. As Susan highlights, “The body heals itself—our role is to create the optimal conditions.”

The Tools of Vibrational Medicine

Susan uses a variety of tools in her practice, including:

  • Tuning Forks: These deliver specific frequencies to address blockages, pain, and imbalances.
  • Tibetan and Crystal Bowls: Their rich, resonant tones deeply relax and harmonize the energetic system.
  • Vibroacoustic Sound Tables: These deliver music and vibrations directly to the cells, fostering deep healing.
  • Biomats: Embedded with amethyst crystals, these mats amplify high vibrations while providing soothing far-infrared energy.

These tools not only aid in physical and emotional healing but also enhance the body’s electrical and nervous systems.

The Role of Emotions and Frequency

Unprocessed emotions can create energetic blockages that manifest physical or emotional distress. Through techniques like emotion code therapy, Susan helps clients release trapped emotions using muscle testing and magnets. This clears emotional energy from the body’s meridians, restoring balance and clarity.

Additionally, emotions like anger and anxiety lower the body’s frequency, whereas love and joy elevate it. By consciously choosing higher vibrational emotions and language, we can profoundly influence our well-being.

Integrating Vibrational Healing into Daily Life

Susan emphasizes that vibrational healing isn’t just for practitioners — it’s accessible to everyone. Simple practices include:

  • Using Tuning Forks: Frequencies like 432 Hz and 528 Hz can clear energy, bless food, and raise your vibration.
  • Humming or Singing: These natural practices calm the nervous system and release tension.
  • Mindful Choices: High-vibrational foods, positive relationships, and even the media we consume influence our energetic state.
  • Daily Reflection: Practicing self-forgiveness and living with intention align us with higher vibrations.

The Transformative Power of Love and Connection

According to Susan, the highest vibration is love. Living in a state of love not only benefits personal health but also contributes to collective planetary healing. By expressing love, gratitude, and kindness, we positively impact those around us and the world at large.

A Holistic Path to Healing

Vibrational medicine bridges science and spirituality, offering a holistic path to health. Whether through sound healing, intentional living, or self-reflection, its principles remind us of our innate power to heal. As Susan concludes, “We are our melody — our unique song contributes to the harmony of humanity.”

Explore this modality further to unlock the profound potential of vibrational healing in your life. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or seeking deeper understanding, the tools and practices shared by Susan provide an accessible starting point for your own transformation.

Ancient Mysteries Unveiled

In the latest episode of Sovereign Sisters, I welcomed Joe McKinney, creator of The Ancient Enigma Files, for a discussion on ancient mysteries and his personal journey. This Veterans Day episode covered a range of topics, blending Joe’s military service with his passion for uncovering ancient enigmas. Here are the main takeaways from their conversation.

Honoring Service

Joe McKinney shared how his Navy experience as a young recruit shaped his worldview. Enlisting at seventeen, he worked in Naval Intelligence and spent much of his service overseas, especially in Japan and Southeast Asia. His military background not only equipped him with valuable skills but also influenced his post-service pursuits, especially in exploring mysteries that challenge conventional history and science.

Exploring Mysteries

Joe’s YouTube channel, The Ancient Enigma Files, delves into mysteries like the origins of the Egyptian pyramids, cryptids, and unexplained phenomena. He questions mainstream narratives and probes into ancient stories, encouraging others to think critically about what history and science often accept at face value. His approach is rooted in curiosity and skepticism, offering viewers an alternative perspective on ancient civilizations and their knowledge.

A Personal Mission

In addition to his work in ancient mysteries, Joe established Project First Step, a nonprofit addressing mental health, specifically focusing on psychosis. Seeing the rise in mental health crises, particularly exacerbated during the plandemic, he was moved to offer support. The organization helps people access effective treatment and provides resources for those facing psychosis, aiming to reduce stigma and improve lives.

Interconnected Mysteries

Joe discussed the connections he sees between ancient civilizations, cryptids, UFOs, and other phenomena. He shared how research on entities like Bigfoot and theories surrounding ancient astronaut encounters often intersects with mainstream and fringe historical narratives. By examining ancient texts alongside modern theories, he aims to piece together a broader picture of humanity’s origins and interactions with the unknown.

Community and Awakening

Both Joe and I agreed that a growing number of people are beginning to question traditional narratives, especially around ancient mysteries and government transparency. The episode emphasized the importance of critical thinking and encouraged listeners to engage with alternate histories and perspectives thoughtfully.

Call to Action

Our conversation concluded with a reminder of the importance of community and curiosity. Sovereign Sisters Podcast | Episode 38 | Ancient Roots, Modern Wellness

In the most recent episode of Sovereign Sisters Podcast, I welcomed Matt Roeske, the founder of Cultivate Elevate, for a deep dive into holistic wellness, the potential of electroculture, and the importance of reconnecting with nature. With a mission to reclaim repressed information, Matt aims to empower individuals to take health into their own hands and foster a toxin-free lifestyle.

Introducing Matt Roeske and Cultivate Elevate

Matt Roeske’s work at Cultivate Elevate revolves around educating people on health by uncovering traditional and often forgotten wellness practices. Matt’s goal is to help individuals overcome fear and realize the abundance of natural solutions available, focusing on soil health, regenerative farming, and living toxin-free. His work bridges ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices, raising awareness about factors affecting health, such as electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and processed foods, and promoting natural remedies to help people achieve greater vitality.

Reconnecting with Energy and Nature Using Electroculture

I was first introduced to Matt’s work which sparked my interest in electroculture — a method that amplifies natural growth in plants using copper and energy. He uncovered the research of figures like Mary Hardy, Victor Schauberger, and Georges Lakhovsky, all of whom had studied energy and the unseen forces of the ether. He realized that by understanding the ether — the unseen energy around us — he could tap into a powerful tool for both personal and environmental healing. This research opened his mind to a world where nature speaks in energy and led him to the discovery of electroculture as a means of working with, rather than against, the natural energy present in our environment.

Boosting Growth and Vitality in the Garden with Electroculture

One of Matt’s most impactful messages was his experience with electroculture in agriculture. By introducing copper coils and antennas into the soil, he noticed an increase in plant vitality, growth, and resilience. Electroculture uses the earth’s natural energy fields to boost plant health without the need for chemicals or pesticides. I was inspired by Matt’s methods incorporated copper in my garden, resulting in a significant increase in yield — enough to have pickles for months!

Matt explains that electroculture amplifies nature’s own processes and can transform a garden’s productivity. Whether it’s simply wrapping copper around stakes or laying copper in trenches, electroculture makes use of the earth’s energy, providing a chemical-free way to nourish plants. Matt emphasizes that by reconnecting with nature, we can significantly enhance our food systems and work towards sustainability.

EMFs: An Underestimated Hazard

One of the recurring topics in Matt’s work is the overlooked effect of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) on health. Matt explains that EMFs — emitted from Wi-Fi, cell towers, smart devices, and even LED lights — disrupt the natural energy of our bodies, contributing to various health issues. He recommends reading The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg, which reveal how radiation and EMFs correlate with health issues such as cancer, heart disease, and even diabetes.

By understanding how EMFs impact our body’s frequency, Matt says we can take steps to protect ourselves. Simple practices like grounding, spending time in nature, and using copper to create natural barriers against EMFs can make a noticeable difference in well-being. Matt believes that this awareness about EMFs is crucial, as it could prevent long-term health issues and promote natural healing.

Questioning Germ Theory

Matt also shares his perspective on the popular topic of parasites, an area where he’s received pushback. He suggests that rather than seeing parasites as enemies, we should view them as indicators of imbalance in the body. According to Matt, parasites may actually be responding to heavy metal toxicity, helping the body by eating up these toxins to maintain balance.

This unconventional view aligns with his natural approach to health, which focuses on using nature’s remedies — like pumpkin seeds, black walnut, and fasting — to cleanse and balance the body. Matt encourages listeners to break away from pharmaceutical solutions like ivermectin and instead seek natural alternatives that respect the body’s self-healing capabilities.

The Healing Power of Light

A large portion of Matt’s work revolves around light and its overlooked potential in healing. He explains that different light spectrums — such as those from UV bulbs, quartz lamps, and even stained glass windows — can have therapeutic effects on the body. Historically, treatments like “sunbaths” were commonly used to heal ailments before artificial lighting and pharmaceuticals took precedence.

Today, Matt is exploring the use of various light spectrums, advocating for a return to natural light sources rather than the LED and fluorescent lights that often disrupt natural circadian rhythms. His research suggests that incorporating more natural light into daily life may lead to physical and mental rejuvenation.

Parasites, Pathogens, and Self-Responsibility in Health

Addressing the tendency to blame health issues on external agents like germs or viruses, We discussed the importance of personal responsibility in health. Matt encourages listeners to avoid dependency on the medical system and instead seek natural solutions to common health concerns. “Our bodies are naturally self-healing and self-regenerating,” he explains, “and when we support them with the right food, clean water, and grounding practices, we can maintain our health without pharmaceutical interventions.”

Practical Tips and Book Recommendations

Matt provides a list of essential reads that align with his philosophies, including:

These books offer foundational knowledge on topics like EMFs, light therapy, and the history of healthcare, empowering readers to make informed decisions about their well-being.

Reclaiming Our Connection to Nature and Self

Both Matt and I conclude our conversation noting the importance of reclaiming ancient wisdom and trusting in nature’s healing power. Matt encourages everyone to look beyond conventional systems, explore practices like electroculture, and trust in the body’s natural ability to heal. By doing so, he believes that we can create a healthier, more sustainable future.

This episode is a valuable resource for those curious about natural health practices, self-sufficiency, and the hidden influences on health today. Whether you’re interested in growing a more sustainable garden or exploring alternative therapies, our conversation is sure to inspire a holistic approach to wellness that reclaims the power of nature.
